What we collect

Your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), or the identity a sign-in provider such as Google or Apple gives us. Everything you enter about your wedding: budget, expenses, payments, savings, contributions, guests, venues, vendors and checklist. If you use the assistant, the messages you send it and the answers it gives.

What we use it for

Running the app for you and anyone you invite to your wedding. Sending you emails you asked for: confirming your address, resetting your password, invitations. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

The assistant

Questions you ask the assistant, together with the figures from your wedding needed to answer them, are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a reply. The assistant cannot change your data; every change it proposes waits for you to confirm it.

Who else sees it

People you invite to your wedding see that wedding’s data. Our hosting and email providers (Vercel, Neon, Resend, Anthropic) process data on our behalf. Nobody else.

Your rights

You can download everything we hold about you from Settings, and delete your account there too. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Weddings you share with someone else stay with them; weddings only you belong to are deleted with your account. You may also ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting the address below.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Reset, verification and invitation links are single-use, expire, and are stored only as hashes. Sessions are signed and kept in a cookie that scripts cannot read. Every financial change is recorded in an audit trail visible to your wedding’s members.
